1. General

  • LNG Nepal reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Product information, specifications, prices, images, and availability may change without prior notice.
  • All products are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.
  • By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided during the purchase process is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

  • Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
  • Minor differences in color, dimensions, design, fittings, or specifications may occur due to manufacturing or production updates.
  • Product specifications mentioned on the website are subject to manufacturer specifications and may be updated when necessary.
  • Customers are advised to check the product specifications carefully before placing an order.

3. Order Confirmation

  • An order placed through the website does not automatically guarantee product availability.
  • Orders will be considered confirmed only after verification by LNG Nepal.
  • LNG Nepal reserves the right to cancel or decline an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors, or other valid reasons.
  • In case an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount may be refunded according to the company’s refund procedure.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The applicable price will be the price confirmed by LNG Nepal at the time of order confirmation.
  • Customers may be required to make full or partial payment depending on the product and delivery location.
  • For orders outside Kathmandu Valley, full payment may be required before transportation/delivery.
  • Any bank charges, payment gateway charges, or other applicable transaction charges may be payable by the customer where applicable.

5. Delivery & Transportation

  • Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, location, transportation, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
  • For Kathmandu Valley deliveries, delivery arrangements will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • For customers outside Kathmandu Valley, products may be sent through a suitable transport/cargo service.
  • Transportation charges may apply depending on the delivery location and product.
  • Once the product has been handed over to the transport/cargo service, transportation-related delays may be outside the direct control of LNG Nepal.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information, contact numbers, and other required details.

6. Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product and its packaging immediately upon delivery/unpacking.

In case of visible physical damage:

  • Take clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.
  • Report the issue to LNG Nepal within 12 hours.
  • Send the required photos/videos through the official email or WhatsApp.
  • The claim will be reviewed and verified before any action is taken.

7. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for initial verification.
  • Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, product details, invoice information, and other evidence of the problem.
  • Products covered under warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms.
  • LNG Nepal may repair, replace, or provide other appropriate warranty service depending on the nature of the problem.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, voltage fluctuation, unauthorized repair, physical damage, accidents, natural disasters, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Warranty terms may vary according to the individual product and manufacturer.

8. Installation & Electrical Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the required electrical supply and installation conditions are suitable for the purchased product.
  • Where professional installation is recommended, customers should follow the manufacturer’s installation requirements.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable electrical supply, voltage fluctuation, improper use, or unauthorized modification may not be covered under warranty.

9. Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to approval by LNG Nepal.
  • Once a product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Customized, special-order, or specially imported products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed.
  • Any applicable cancellation or refund will be handled according to the company’s policies.

10. Refund & Return

LNG Nepal does not provide a general return or refund facility simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.

For physical damage or manufacturing defects, LNG Nepal will generally provide a replacement or warranty solution rather than a refund, subject to verification.

For customers outside Kathmandu Valley, if a product is returned for inspection, LNG Nepal will conduct a quality and technical assessment. If the claim is verified and the same product is unavailable in stock, the company may provide a refund according to the applicable policy.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct name, address, telephone number, and delivery information.
  • Checking product specifications before purchase.
  • Using the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Maintaining suitable electrical and operating conditions.
  • Reporting physical damage or manufacturing defects within the specified time.
  • Providing clear photos, videos, invoices, and other information required for claim verification.

12. Website Content

  • LNG Nepal makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the website is accurate.
  • However, occasional typographical, pricing, specification, image, or technical errors may occur.
  • LNG Nepal reserves the right to correct errors and update website information without prior notice.

13. Intellectual Property
